In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ctgame before processing withdrawals or at any point ctgame deems necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region where access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by local law.

By accessing ctgame in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ctgame platform.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and ctgame. They supersede all prior communications, representations, warranties, or understandings of any nature, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

To open and maintain a ctgame account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal entities may not hold ctgame accounts.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing ctgame from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of a ctgame employee where such participation creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from ctgame or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion program at the time of registration.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. You are responsible for notifying ctgame of any changes to your registered information.

ctgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each user is permitted to maintain one account only on the ctgame platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are created intentionally or inadvertently — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ctgame uses a combination of technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ctgame reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, provided advance notice has been given. Remaining balances will not be forfeited without written notification to the account holder's registered email address.

ctgame supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and ctgame will endeavour to keep its published payment methods list current.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ctgame does not accept cash deposits, postal orders, or payments via money transfer services not listed on the platform.
• Deposit limits may be applied in accordance with ctgame's responsible gaming framework or as required by the payment provider.
• ctgame is not liable for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits into the same account, subject to availability.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. ctgame reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met in full.
• ctgame aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes to a few hours.
• ctgame reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

ctgame offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all ctgame bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited at ctgame's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to a specified wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet amounts, and expiry dates will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real money funds are used. ctgame's system will clearly indicate your current bonus balance and real money balance separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctgame platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or ctgame.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events offered on ctgame's sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any game where collusion provides a competitive advantage.
• Using ctgame to launder money or process funds of illegal origin. ctgame is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are invalid and must be returned.
• Accessing ctgame from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ctgame complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ctgame accounts or account balances.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or support interactions.

All content on the ctgame platform — including but not limited to the ctgame brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ctgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ctgame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any ctgame content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the ctgame platform or software.
• Use ctgame's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ctgame intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctgame's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your ctgame account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ctgame shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive in nature:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ctgame's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from your use of ctgame shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
